Carla Docharty, DPM, is an exceptional podiatric surgeon at Capital Foot & Ankle in Sacramento and Roseville, California.
Dr. Docharty attended the California College of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland before completing her surgical residency through the prestigious Kaiser Permanente program in 1993. A diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, she has always valued one-on-one time with her patients to establish comfort and ease with them. This also allows her to build a treatment plan that best suits her patients' needs.
Dr. Docharty is a qualified medical examiner and a long-time member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Passionate about lifting up others in her field, she devotes time to the American Association of Women Podiatrists and the Sacramento Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Docharty has been elected Section Chair for Podiatric Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Sutter General Hospital in Sacramento and President of the Sacramento Valley Podiatric Medical Society numerous times.
